2011_12_08 - GUL Classic wetsuits

finally a wetsuit available in Portugal with which I can identify.
simple and beautiful, warm and waterproof, it is black on the outside and fireskin in the inside.
above all it is NonPetroleum based neoprene.
you can call it oldschool, retro or even old-fashion... it's a wonderful wetsuit from the 60's with today's technology that just feels right.

curious, check it >> here << or click on the logo on your right

2011_11_24 - offshore in Arrifana

in a morning with offshore winds, nice swell and cold temperatures, there was almost the perfect combination for a really great photo...

photo_01: unknwon surfer A, asking himself if he would make it...
photo_02: unknwon surfer B, wishing he was goofy foot!
photo_03: unknwon surfer A, in one of the best lefts of the day.
photo_04 and photo_05: Kasper having fun like everybody else, but a "little" more comfortable.

2011_10_21 - "Careca"

"Careca" (bald head guy, Pedro Leitão) running away from "Barbudas" (long bear dude, me)... quite difficult situation!!!

2011_11_08 - heaven on earth

finally a perfect day... a perfect longboard day...
friends, offshore, lots of lefts... a huge amount of smiles and most of all... silence!
it was one of those days that it was so good that you couldn't hear a single human sound... there wasn't any time for it! no one was yelling after a good wave or trying to drop in!
I was reborn... this is my nirvana!

2011_22_07 - broken fin

in a much needed surf session with a full 40cm wave and the amazing combination of huge enthusiasm and low tide, I was able hit the only existing rock... barely! didn't scratch the fin (made of carbon)... but broke it!
